PAYMENT INFO: Payment may be made by check, money order, MasterCard/Visa or PayPal. We keep all credit card and shipping info on file for future orders.

MASTERCARD/VISA: If you'd like to use MC/Visa you may call or e-mail with your credit card number and expiration date. The phone number is (207) 324-6752. If you should get the answering machine, it's fine to leave the info on the tape...no one hears it except the two of us. Some of our customers like to e-mail the card number. Since we don't have secure e-mail we suggest sending the card number broken up between two e-mails. Please be sure to include the card number, expiration date and the 3-digit code on the back near your signature line.

PAYPAL: It's easy to use PayPal. Just email or call with your order and your zip code and we'll get right back to you with a grand total including postage. When we have your OK, we'll send you a PayPal invoice and just as soon as we have notification of your PayPal payment we'll send your order right out.

SHIPPING INFO: Usually, orders will be shipped within two working days. Sometimes, if we've just updated the pages and everyone is ordering all at once, there might be a delay before your order goes out, but we'll try to do our best to get those beads to you ASAP!

THE DREADED SHIPPING CHARGES - U.S. ORDERS: We hate it, you hate it, but what can we do? We wish there was a way to e-mail beads, but until that happens here's the scoop: All U.S. orders are sent by priority mail and the postage rate depends on the weight of your order. There are no handling or packing charges...we charge you only what the post office charges us to send the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (including Canada):

International orders may be sent by your choice of:

US Postal Service Priority International insured - your order will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box and insured for the full value. (Please do not ask us to use a padded envelope or Global Priority - we will NOT ship by either of those methods.) You pay the actual shipping charges plus any customs charges that may be added when the order arrives in your country.

FedEx - if you have a FedEx account number we will be happy to ship your order by either FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy (if available) providing both shipping and customs costs are charged to your FedEx account.
